Alex is working on a big science project. It is going to be presented next week. He needs a lot of new materials for his experiment. They cost a little too much, he thinks.
He usually works in his room. His laptop is open on the desk. He is reading about medicines. He often stays up late at night. This project belongs to him, and he wants it to be perfect. He doesn’t want to be lazy.
Tomorrow, he will be preparing his presentation slides. He will be writing a lot of notes and checking his knowledge. His little sister, Lisa sometimes helps him. She is bringing him a few snacks.
Next week, at the science fair, he will be explaining his project carefully. He is hoping for a good result. He has put a lot of effort into it. He believes his hard learning will finally pay off.
