Elara felt down in the dumps. For months, a strange ailment had slowly made her weaker. Her body’s deterioration was clear. Her great stamina disappeared, stopping her aspiration to climb mountains. Doctors couldn’t help as her health continued its decline.
Then, a new vaccination was announced. But there were serious side effects from early tests. A big petition quickly formed against it. Even with this worry, Elara was desperate for a cure, so she chose to take it.
The first few days after the vaccination were hard. A burning sensation spread through her body. New, troubling symptoms began to accumulate, making her feel even worse. Her friend, always a wet blanket about new things, told her to quit. “It’s just making you sicker!” he said.
But Elara held on. Slowly, the new problems went away. Then, something amazing happened. Her energy returned, even more than before. She felt full of beans, full of new life. Doctors were shocked. Her mysterious ailment was gone. Her body was now incredibly strong, promising longevity. The vaccination, despite its rough start, had truly saved her.
