The bustling street was usually a place of predictable chaos, but today, it became an impromptu theatre. Liam and Chloe had been struggling with their relationship for weeks, and today, it all came out in the open. Liam, looking absolutely terrified, tried to make a final attempt to make up with her. Chloe, however, started getting dramatic, and her voice was rising with every emotional word.
A small crowd of spectators quickly gathered, their phones discreetly held up, ready to film the unfolding drama. An old woman with a shopping bag seemed particularly engrossed, staring intently as if watching a blockbuster movie. Liam’s face began to fade to a shade of purple as the pressure rose. He felt a sudden urge to collapse right there on the pavement.
“This is so frustrating!” Chloe shouted, throwing her hands up in the air. “You never do what you say!” Liam tried to react, but no words came out. He just wanted to rush away from the growing audience. He tried to spot a taxi to escape from this public spectacle.
Just when it seemed the argument would never end, a street performer, dressed as a giant banana, walked by. He accidentally tripped over, drawing all attention away from the couple. Liam and Chloe, seeing their moment, quickly grabbed the chance and got lost in the crowd away from the spotlight. Their public breakup was over, replaced by the banana’s unfortunate incident.
