Evelyn used to wake up late during the summer. She didn’t have to go to school, so she could sleep longer. But now, it’s a new school year, and things are different. She has to wake up at 6 AM every day.
At first, it was very difficult to get up so early. She wasn’t used to breathing the cold morning air. Her bed felt very comfortable. But she knew she must start her new habit: morning running.
Now, after several weeks, she is getting used to it. She can run more easily. The cold air doesn’t feel too cold anymore. She doesn’t need to force herself out of bed. She actually enjoys seeing the sunrise.
Today, she is going to try a new route near the park. It is a bit longer, but she thinks it will be more interesting. She might see some new birds. She doesn’t have to run too fast. Her main goal is to enjoy the fresh air. She feels healthy and happy.
